​​Our session with Shaz was one of our first experiences in a professionally run studio as a duo and understandably, we were a bit nervous. However, after running our first track once we were immediately put at ease. Shaz was incredibly professional and efficient, making us feel comfortable at once and assured that we would end up with the product we wanted. During the mixing process we received several versions of our tracks, each time asking for opinions and improvements, and when they were given he immediately thanked us and told us not to worry about being picky as he wanted the perfect mix as much as we did. All in all, the whole process was smooth and well run, with him keeping us informed the entire way through, never once did we feel we'd been forgotten about.
Persistence

We (Persistence) have recorded at various places in our years, but none have come close to the SSR. This last time we were in the Spirit Studio and we cannot praise it enough. An absolutely brilliant, professional studio, that delivers what you'd expect. Mohammed Shahid, Paul Jefferson, and Antonia Vlachou were all brilliant hosting us, and we, the band, feel as though it's our best work yet! If only everywhere had this kind of equipment available!
All three are exceptional at sound engineering and we cannot thank them enough and look forward to working with them again in the future.
